APU School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences Appoints Associate Dean

AZUSA, Calif. –
Azusa Pacific University recently named Glendora, Calif. resident Stephanie Juillerat, Ph.D., associate dean of the School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences, effective Jan. 2, 2007.
“Dr. Juillerat brings extensive experience in faculty evaluation at APU to this role in the new school,” said Mark Stanton, Ph.D., dean of the School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences. Her primary responsibilities focus on assisting faculty in the School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences through implementation of the Comprehensive Faculty Evaluation Program, facilitating faculty development, overseeing new projects, and supporting assessment in the school’s five departme nts.
“My goals for this new role include supporting the faculty with the development of innovative new programs in the school, as well as providing support for the continued growth and professional development so that they can excel in their roles at APU,” said Juillerat. Her areas of expertise include outcomes/program assessment, survey development and validation, and undergraduate teaching.
Juillerat previously served as director of APU’s Office of Faculty Evaluation, assistant department chair, and professor of psychology. Prior to working at Azusa Pacific, Juillerat served as an adjunct professor of psychology at Eastern College in St. Davids, Pa., and associate professor of psychology at Wesley College in Dover , Del. Juillerat received a B.S. in Psychology and Bible at Kentucky Christian College in Grayson, Ky., and earned her Ph.D. in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa.
