Men’s Chorale
Enjoy exceptional and breathtaking music with APU’s Men’s Chorale. The event takes place at San Gabriel Union Church, 177 N. Pine St., San Gabriel, Calif. at 6 p.m. and is free of charge.

Wednesday, January 24
Artist Concert Series, Allan Monk, baritone and Edwin Gnandt, piano
Allan Monk, formerly of the New York Metropolitan Opera, and his accompanist Edwin Gnandt, present an entertaining evening of familiar and new musical gems highlighting originality and expressiveness. The event takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall, located on APU’s East Campus, 901 E. Alosta Ave, Azusa Calif. Tickets range from $5-10.

Celebrating the Masters: Mozart Festival Week
This year, Azusa Pacific University is continuing a new School of Music tradition, Celebrating the Masters, by spending a week focusing on the life and music of one of the world’s greatest composers, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Events include concerts, lectures, and recitals all based on Mozart’s music. Tickets range from $5-10.

    Celebrating the Masters: The Piano Sonatas
    This performance is part of a series of piano recitals that features the complete sonatas by Mozart. Performances are by School of Music piano majors. The event takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall, located on APU’s East Campus, 901 E. Alosta Ave, Azusa, Calif.

    Celebrating the Masters: Evening of Concerto
    This event includes Concerto for Three Pianos with Roza Yoder, Joel Clifft, and Duane Funderbuck, piano; Concerto for Violin, Piano and Orchestra with Alex Russell, violin, and Duane Funderburk, piano; This event takes place at 7 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall, located on APU’s East Campus, 901 E. Alosta Ave, Azusa, Calif.
  • Wednesday, January 31
    Celebrating the Masters: Serenade for Winds
    The APU Chamber Ensemble performs the Serenade in c minor. The event takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall, located on APU’s East Campus, 901 E. Alosta Ave, Azusa, Calif.
