Train with the Cougars at APU Summer Sports Camps

AZUSA, Calif. –
Azusa Pacific University’s soccer and softball programs offer a variety of youth sports camps and clinics each summer. These popular camps aim to provide a positive environment as Cougar coaches and athletes help campers master skills of the game, meet new friends, and have fun.
All camps will be held at the Cougar Athletic Complex on APU’s West Campus, home to the 2007 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Champions, the two-time defending NAIA runner-up women’s soccer team, and the softball team, which placed in the NAIA’s top 25 with 9 post-season appearances in the past 12 years.
Soccer Camps
The summer kicks off with a youth camp targeted towards boys and girls ages 6-14. Sibling and early registration discounts are available. As a new addition this year, APU offers weeklong specialized residential camps for girls and boys club teams, and elite high school individual players.
Youth Camp: July 7-10, 5 to 8 p.m.
Girls Team Residential Camp: July 14-17 (Teams U12-U19)
Boys Team Residential Camp: July 21-24 (Teams U12-U19)
High School Elite Residential Camp: July 28-31 (Grades 10-12)

Softball Camps
The Cougar softball team coaches girls ages 6-18 through all aspects of the game including pitching, hitting, catching, base running, sliding, and life as a college athlete.
Elite Team Camp- June 24-27, 9 a.m-12 p.m: (Ages 15-18)
Team Camp- July 1-2, 9- 11 a.m: (Ages 8-14)
All-Around Camp- July 15-18, 8-11 a.m: (Ages 6-12)
Advanced Camp- July 15-18, 12-3 p.m: (Ages 13-18)
