Oratorio Choir, The Angeles Chorale, and Symphony Orchestra
A spectacular performance of Dvorak’s Stabat Mater by a 240-voice chorus and the APU Symphony Orchestra, this intensely personal work is rich with emotion and tenderness. Flute Choir
Directed by APU School of Music faculty member Teri Mason Christian, this event begins at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall, located on APU East Campus at 901 E. Alosta Ave. Azusa. Admission is free.
 
Tuesday, April 15
Handbell Choir
Conducted by Donavon Gray and Janet Harms, this program includes musical masterpieces for handbell choir by Martha Lyn Thompson, Linda Lamb, Kevin McChesney, C. Dobrinski, and C. Moklebust. The APU handbell choir performs with six octaves of bells and three octaves of choir chimes, and recently appeared at Segerstrom Hall at the Orange County Performing Arts Center with Frankie Valli. The event takes place at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall. Admission is free.

Faculty Recital Series
Come see this special performance from APU School of Music faculty members Alex Russell, violin; Marek Szpakiewicz, cello; and Joel Clifft, piano. The event is at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall. Admission is free.

Cosi Fan Tutte by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Considered one of Mozart’s operatic masterpieces, Cosi Fan Tutte will be performed by the APU Opera Workshop and the Symphony Orchestra. Sung in Italian with English supertitles, the opera features full stages with costumes and orchestra. This special event is made possible by conductor by Alexander Koops, costume designer Beverly Crain, and music director Patricia Edwards. The event takes place at 7:30 p.m. both evenings in Wilden Atrium located on APU’s East Campus at 901 E. Alosta Ave., Azusa. Prices include $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, and $5 for students with valid identification.

Chamber Singers
Come see this special performance conducted by Michelle Jensen. The event is at 7:30 p.m. in Munson Recital Hall. Admission is free.
 
Friday, April 25
Men’s Choral Command Performance
APU Men’s Chorale gives their final performance of the year at this event conducted by Harold Clousing. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in Wilden Atrium. Admission is free.
 
Friday, May 2
University Choir and Orchestra Command Performance
For the final performance of the year, come see this special event conducted by Rod Cathey. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena.
