APU students: chat with reference librarians 24/7
October 26, 2006

APU students can now chat live with an academic reference librarian anytime of the day or night, any day of the week to get answers to their reference questions. Simply click on the AskNow icon for some brief information about the service and then click on the link to enter the chat with a librarian usually in less than a minute. The service has been available to APU students since early September 2006. APU librarians staff the AskNow service on Tuesdays between 2:00 and 4:00 pm, and Wednesdays between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. However, students are more likely to get another reference librarian somewhere else in the U.S. For more information, read the AskNow frequently asked questions page or contact Dave Harmeyer at ext. 3255 or email him at dharmeyer@apu.edu.

Note: This information is current for the 2008-09 academic year. For additional information, please contact the appropriate office.
