Heritage Court
Heritage Court, located on West Campus, houses three separate venues: Canyon Grill and Deli; Hillside Grinds Coffeehouse, Juice, and Ice Cream Bar; and APU’s Quikimart.
Canyon Grill and Deli
Canyon Grill and Deli offers grilled hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, and grilled cheese sandwiches, as well as made-to-order deli sandwiches. Personal-sized pizzas are also available, as well as a hot “special of the day.” Canyon Grill and Deli is now serving breakfast.
Hillside Grounds Coffeehouse
Hillside Grounds Coffeehouse, Juice, and Ice Cream Bar features Equal Exchange coffee and specialty espresso drinks. Assorted teas, including Boba Tea, are offered, as well as fresh muffins, brownies, and cookies. The juice bar serves fresh squeezed orange juice and fruit smoothies, complete with supplemental vitamin boosts, as well as a full ice cream selection for that perfect sundae.
APU’s Quikimart
APU’s Quikimart offers a variety of snack items and prepackaged salads and sandwiches, as well as a soup and fresh salad bar.
