Profile
Teri Marcos, Ed.D., is interested in Stengths-based teaching, school leadership, and learning, as well as the educational reform measures which have affected education in the state of California, and the nation as a whole. She completed her doctorate on the effects of legislated educational reform on student achievement in California public schools from 1973-2003. Dr. Marcos is currently researching the effects of Strengths-based theories on student achievement in the U.S. Being a former junior high school assistant principal and summer school principal, Teri is concerned with creating and building engaged constructivist school cultures throughout California's P-12 public school system.
