Kate Scorgie’s, Ph.D., research interests include transformational teaching and learning, and parenting children with disabilities across cultures. She developed an original model describing the process of transformation in parents of children with disabilities. Scorgie is a member of the Publications Committee for Childhood Education and Developmental Disabilities Bulletin.
