Profile
Dr. Morrison has been actively involved in educational research for the past 20 years. The primary focus of this effort has been “bridging” theoretical concepts with practical applications. His doctoral dissertation was used in the development of senate bill 370, sponsored by Senator Robert Pressely, which called for accountability of treatment for adjudicated youth. In 1991 he co-founded the Research and Treatment Institute, which provided residential and educational services for severely emotionally disturbed children.
His current research interests are in the area of pediatric neuropsychology. He is actively involved in School Neuropsychological Assessment and hold a faculty position with the Pediatric Neuropsychological Institute (PNI).
