Liberal Studies Concentrations
Concentrations are available in art, English, math, music, physical education, science, social science, and Spanish; see below. Students must take at least 50 percent of the courses for each concentration through an APU program. Students must earn a minimum of a C in core and concentration courses and an overall GPA of 3.0 must be maintained in all courses. For further and updated information regarding a Supplement in Physical Education or Subject Matter Authorization in the other specified concentration area, please contact a credential analyst within the Department of Teacher Education. Categories and units are subject to CCTC regulations.
