What about internships?

Each semester, a number of APU students participate in the American Studies Program in Washington, DC. In addition to taking classes, these students complete internships related to their interests, often in government offices and agencies. Recent internships include conducting research for Judge Robert Bork, helping to draft legislation, and working in offices in the executive branch of government and for members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

“At APU I have been able to see the relation between human behavior and political organization as well as the manifestation of Christian truth in political thought.”
