Field Education consists of two components. The first is the student’s supervised ministry experience in a church or other organization (12 hours/week). The second component is the Field Education Cluster. Each cluster meets regularly with a faculty mentor for the purpose of reflection, direction, and peer support in relation to students’ ministry site experiences, personal awareness, academic studies, and spiritual formation.
