Jack Tingstrom, MBA, served as the president for Tingstrom Dynamics, and was the mayor and city council member for the City of San Buenaventura in the early '90s. During this time, he aided in an educational plan that concluded in the successful passing of the bond measure that gave the school district $81 million for school construction and repairs. Tingstrom worked as a recruiter and management consultant for Wilmer Management Search, and as a facilities manager, project manager, supervisor, and technician for GTE of California for 30 years. Furthermore, he served as a petty officer 3^rd class in the United States Navy for three years.
