Leadership Minor

Introduction
The undergraduate Leadership Minor capitalizes on the university’s intention to develop “disciples and scholars who seek to advance the work of God in the world.” This minor does so by encouraging students to pursue excellence in their chosen major while seeking proficiency as strengths-driven leaders. Students with a Leadership Minor have Jesus placed before them as the model servant-leader. Engaging courses and practical leadership experience culminate in the development of a personal philosophy of good leadership. Graduates with a Leadership Minor are equipped to make meaningful contributions in any context in which they are called to serve.
