APU Student Films Premiere April 15, 2008 The Department of Theater, Film, and Television presents the 2008 Student Film Premiere Night on April 24 at 7:30 p.m. A two-hour festival of student-produced short films, the event showcases pieces selected by the Cinema and Broadcast Arts faculty. The premiere will be held at Laemmle One Colorado Cinemas in Old Town Pasadena. A dessert reception at Twin Palms restaurant will follow. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the Felix Event Center.
A second film festival featuring student films selected by the Azusa Film Society will be held on APU's West Campus, at the former drive-in parking lot, on April 25 at 8 p.m. The festival will re-create the drive-in experience with films shown on an outdoor screen as attendees watch from their cars. Admission is free.
